Hey guys, I’m back with another chapter. Read chapter 4 to understand this chapter better! Enjoy!

The next thing Daniel knew, he was in a hospital. At least that’s what he thought. It was a small white room. He was lying down on a bed with white sheets. There was a hospital monitor to his right and a table to his left. There was a letter on the table saying “get well soon!” with a happy face. He looked around the room and saw a camera in the corner. Surely who ever was watching, knew he was awake. And after thinking and talking to himself for about 5 minutes, the door opened and Giselle walked in with Annie. Aiden was also with them. They didn’t look so happy, although Annie looked worried. Giselle walked towards him with her arms crossed. She kneed down beside him. Took a deep breath and –

“Have you gone mad?!” She yelled at him. “Don’t you ever dare go walking home alone again! I will also stop sharing secrets about the students in OUR school for your OWN PURPOSES! You big Idoit!” Daniel wasn’t really surprised but was shook. He knew it was coming. There was silence for a moment and then Annie spoke up.

“Daniel, what did the man tell you? How did he look like? How old do you think he was?” She asked. She kept going. “Does he look familiar? Did he threatened you? Did he know you? Your name? You’re whereabouts?”

“I think that’s enough questions Annie.” Said Giselle. She looked kinda annoyed. “Now Daniel, can you tell us what happened?” she said. “Well, the man knew who I was and he knew…” Daniel looked at Aiden. “He needs to get out.” Both Annie and Giselle look at him. Aiden rolls his eyes and leaves. “He-he knew we were all siblings..” he continued “I got to shave this Hair thing off because that’s how he knew.”

“Just because of that?” asked Annie. “Well err…… that’s sort of true..”

“I also saw a girl, she saved me..” said Daniel. Giselle and Annie looked at each other. “That would be me.” Said Annie looking back at him again. “You were obviously taking so long and since you were somewhere were the wifi wasn’t so good, it took so a while to track you down. So I arrived a bit late but just in time too.”

“Oh well thanks Annie, I would have been locked to a chair or something if it wasn’t for you” said Daniel. “Anyways, the man did look familiar but I don’t know how.” Giselle sighed.

“I’ll give you a sheet of criminals to see if it’s one of them but for now get some rest.” Said Giselle. “Actually, I need a moment with him” she said and looks at Annie. She nods and leaves the room.

“I think we both know what I’m going to say.” She said.

“That I shouldn’t scare people with their secrets.” He responded.

“You told Brooke you knew she…like her best friend Harper and that scare her a bit. She cried during lunch. Probably thinking you were going to tell the whole school or possibly tell Harper.” Said Giselle.

“How the heck do you do it?” Asked Daniel sort of annoyed.

“Do what?” Said Giselle.

“How do you what I was doing? How do you know she cried? You weren’t even in my class!” Said Daniel. He laid back down.

“That… I can’t really tell you that.” She said.

“I can’t really tell you that.” Daniel mocking her. “Of course you can’t.” He rolls his eyes.

“Fine, I’ll tell you. They let me place camera in each classroom.” Said Giselle looking ashamed. “And well you whispered and so I had to look deeper and I heard the words. That’s part of how i gather information.”

“Then how did you know that Brooke was crying in the bathroom? She was most likely in a stall wasn’t she?” Asked Daniel.

“Well she was crying in the stall. (She sees Daniel face who looks shocked) but I had a camera where the soap is! So I just heard her crying! I don’t have any cameras in the stalls! She said. She was turning pink.

“Um alright. That’s good to know.” said Daniel calming down.

“That’s all I had to say” She pauses and then looks at Daniel. “Get some rest”

“I will, see you.” Said Daniel. “See you.”

It was the next morning and Brooke is pacing around her room, trying to figure out how in the world did Daniel figure out her secret. “Maybe he has mind reading powers!” She thought. “No, that’s be silly. Or maybe he does!” She spent all lunch period crying thinking Daniel might have told the whole school or even worse Harper herself. After that, she went out of the bathroom and to her relief, Daniel didn’t tell anyone. She did keep worrying, at any moment Daniel could be telling his classmates her deepest secret. Then. Ding Ding. Ding Dong. Someome was ringing the doorbell. Brooke quickly put on her slippers and combed her hair. It’s probably Harper she thought. She went downstairs, opened the door and-

“Is there a Brooke Anderson here?” It was just the mailman.

“Er yes..” she said. She signs the paper and the mailman hands her the package. She shuts the door and places the package on the nearest table. She opens the package and- Boom!

Confetti flies around the room. Only it wasn’t colorful, just the colors black and white. Who could have given this to her? Then all of the sudden the doorbell rings. “Another package?” She thought. She opens the door and there stand Daniel. He has a black eye. Brooke stands back and then speaks.

“What are you doing here? And are you okay?” Asked Brooke.

“May I come inside?” He asked.

“Sure..” said Brooke. He comes inside and looks around. He spots the confetti.

“I see you got my present. I came here because I wanted to apologize.” Said Daniel.

“Apologize? For what?” Asked Brooke.

” For scaring you. About…You liking.. Harper” he said.

“Oh” muttered Brooke. “How did you know anyways? I haven’t told anyone.”

“I sort of figure out..” lied Daniel. “Is that all you came here for then?” Asked Brooke.

“Er yeah” mumbled Daniel.

Ding dong. Ding Dong.

They look at each other. Then Daniel opens the door without asking Brooke. There stand the same mailman who gave Brooke the package. “Sorry to bother you again but is there a Brooke Anderson here?”

“Yeah, right here” said Daniel pointing at Brooke.

“They said to open it quickly.” said the mailman.

“Uh alright” said Brooke. She grabs the package and opens it. Confetti blows up on Brooke’s face and she then turns to Daniel. He shrugs.

“It wasn’t me” he said.

“It was me!” Shouted another voice. Daniel and Brooke turn around to face the door and next to the mailman was Harper. She had her bright pink and purple hat and wearing a bow tie with a white long-sleeve shirt and a black skirt.

“It was a little surprise! Plus it makes a great entrance, I have an idea for-” Harper notices that Daniel was there.

“Why is he here?” She shot him a dirty look and Daniel rolled his eyes.

“You guys have the same mindset. You both made a “grand” entrance with confetti blowing up in my face.” Brooke says as she wipes confetti off her shoulders. Daniel turns a slight pink but Harper just crosses her arms.

“I think we both have a different definition of a prank” said Harper “Just to clarify my-” She didn’t get to finish her sentence because Daniel walked out the door.

“It’s killing me! She doesn’t give a damn about me! All she cares about is her stupid pranks and title!”

“You’ve been talking about this since we started Daniel. Also stop swearing” said Giselle sternly. Daniel looks at Giselle.

“Damn isn’t a bad word.” He said.

“It is in my book.” Said Giselle “Anyways, you’ve been pacing and talking to us about your problems. This isn’t getting us anywhere.” Daniel looks up and realize for the first time, that Giselle wasn’t the only one listening. Aiden, Annie and officer Adam were sitting down at a table, all facing him.

“Um sorry. Why am I here again?” Asked Daniel.

“We’re here to investigate you remember?” said Giselle.

“Right. So Harper then said-” Everyone groaned. After what seemed like forever, they finally got Daniel to talk about the man.

“Was he old?” Asked Annie.

“Maybe 30s or 40s” replied Daniel.

“What color hair?” asked Giselle.

“Brown hair, although he has streaks of Gray in his hair.” explained Daniel.

“Facial hair?”

“None”

“Clothing? “

“Brown jacket. Black jeans. Red shirt.”

After what seem a century, Daniel answered every question they had.

“That drained my energy” said Daniel.

“I feel like you drained more energy talking nonsense about that Haper girl then actually talking about the situation.” said Adam.

“Her name is Harper! And I wasn’t talking nonsense about her, I was complaining about her. She-”

“She has lame pranks and jokes.” Adam mocked. “I believe we all know that you have a crush on this girl.” Daniel looked at them and they all nodded they’re heads except for Aiden. Daniel turns a shade of pink.

“It’s not what it looks like! She-” Giselle interrupted him.

“She’s pretty and smart” she said. “I heard say that in his sleep.”

“I heard him once say she poked him with a pencil and he liked it.” Shouted Annie.

“I heard him muttering about her in his sleep too, About how her hair was so pretty.” Said Adam.

“Why are all you watching me sleep!?” Asked Daniel.

“You talk too loud in your sleep.” answered Annie. “Sort of annoying actually. You’ll be talking and all of the sudden you’ll hear “Harper, Harper”

“True” said everyone else in the room.

“Whatever.” muttered Daniel. “Is this meeting over yet?” Giselle looked at the clock and checked her clickboard.

“Yeah, you’ve answered all of our questions and we been here for about 2 hours.” said Giselle.

“I’m starving” added Annie. She gets up and walks to the door. Giselle follows her. “We’ll patrol the town Adam.” said Giselle.

“I’ll come with you guys.” responded Adam. They left the room and only Aiden was sitting in his chair.

” I don’t believe you.” muttered Aiden.

“Since when did you ever believe me?” said Daniel.

“Well never. But I don’t believe you like this girl.” Said Aiden. “I still believe you like Giselle. The love of my life!” At these words Daniel stuck out his tongue in disgust. He rolled his eyes. He like his own sister? Never ever!

“She’s like a sister to me. Nothing more than that.” argued Daniel. “Although I don’t think you deserve her. She deserves better.” Aiden turns the other way and places his hand where his heart is.

“From the first time I laid eyes on her, I knew she would mine.” Aiden said dreamily.

“Ugh, here we go again” muttered Daniel.

“We clicked like Legos. We were made for each other.”

“yeah right.” Said Daniel sarcastically. “I don’t need to listen to this cause this is the most annoying thing ever. I’ll be leaving.” And with that he left.

Night falls and it’s dark again. The street lights are on and it’s windy. Almost every light in each house was gone. It was very late but Lucas knew what he had to do. He rode his bicycle to a gas station. He went in, grabbed a chocolate bar and stood in line. He paid for it and place the bar in his pocket. He rode off again, this time to the park. It was so dark he couldn’t see 10 feet in front of him.

“Hey watch where you’re going!” He heard a man say when he accidentally bumped into him.

“Sorry Sir.” After what seem like 15 minutes, he finally arrived. 13 other people were there. Some were the popular kid and the mean ones. Out of all of them one stuck, Olivia. She was the one you would call the “popular kid”. She was mean. She often bullied Ellie for liking Luke and mocked her. Luke never saw this and Ellie never told him. She would talk and filrt with him.

“Alright guys, alright!” shouted Olivia. “You guys came here for a fight and that’s what you’re getting!” The people cheered.

“Who is it?” asked Lucas.

“I heard it was Max and Alex!” A girl responded.

“I thought it was girls fighting.” Said another boy.

“I know they were confusion on who was fighting but to be clear, the one’s fighting are Gavin and Max!” Yelled Olivia. The crowd cheered more and there were also some boos.

“If you were the ones saying boo, you can head out of here and never come back. So what’s it going to be? Stay or be an outcast?”asked the whole crowd if students. They stay silent and just stared at her. Their silence gave Olivia their answer. She raised her hands up and pointed at both opposite directions.

“Max!” She shouted and then a skinny tall boy with messy hair stepped up.

“Gavin!” She shouted again. Another boy with curly hair and glasses

Went up with Max . The crowd cheered more for Gavin then Max. Perhaps because many thought that Gavin was more cuter than Max , even Olivia thought this (“If you tell me Max looks more like Elvis.”). Max liked Olivia for years now but she always gave a blind eye. They walked down towards Olivia. Max glanced at Lucas and glared at him. Lucas tried not to look at him. He didn’t like Max, mostly because he just thought of Lucas as an “enemy” cause Olivia liked him.

“Alright!! Let the battle begin!” Olivia shouted.

30 mins later, teens were shouting for them to stop. It became so gruesome, kids were beginning to run away. 4 boys grabbed each boy and pulled them back. Blood was running down Max’s head and Gavin had a black eye. Gavin’s glasses were on the ground, cracked. Lucas stayed there trying to help pull Max back. Suddenly Max stopped fighting back against the people who were pulling him back. They stumbled back and Max just stared at them like they were crazy. He walked down the alley, igorning Gavin’s threats. Olivia even shouted at him to get back and he ignored her.

“He probably sick and tired because of this” Lucas thought. “Might as well get away before the police come.” He ran down the same alley, Max took to get away from the fight. He placed his bike somewhere nearby. Then he heard beeping and soon enough, flashing lights. The police had come. He ran faster looking back at the scene, trying to find his bike in the dark and then

WHAM!

He fell on his back and saw a black shadow upon him. It looked down at him and offered a hand. Lucas took their hand and they helped him up. He realized that it was Giselle.

“What are you doing here Lucas?” asked Giselle. “This is a crime scene.”

“I.. wait then what are you doing here? asked Lucas suspiciously.

“Er… I offered to help, you know my dream job is a police officer… ” Said Giselle. “Now what are you doing here?”

“I wanted watch the fight” Lucas said shamefully. “I knew it was wrong but I got invitation from Olivia and well…” Giselle stared at him.

“You don’t like Olivia right?” Giselle asked suspiciously.

“What? No! I just… It’s hard to explain.” said Lucas.

“Oh I see, you’re the cool kid and so you couldn’t refuse to accept an invitation from Ms. Popular. Therefore you came just to talk about it the next day, meaning you like the idea of being a cool kid. Also meaning you still like Ellie.” Stated Giselle. “the things cool kids do.” Lucas just stared at her in shock. How could she possible know?

“Yea but don’t tell Ellie! She’ll kill me, she doesn’t approve of me hanging out with them.” said Lucas.

“Fine by me, only if you don’t tell anyone I was helping. You know I’m also trying to become an undercover cop. So don’t fail me.” Giselle said. She winked at him and ran the other direction. Lucas blinked twice. He didn’t know she would want to become a cop. He thought a lawyer or judge suited her much better. He walked further down the alley. He had found his bike. It was knocked over by the wind. He lifted it back up and rode back to his house. It was probably 1 am or even 2 am. He left his bike by the garage and opened the door. He went inside, took off his shoes and went up to his room. He fell on his bed and stared at the ceiling.

“I wonder what Ellie would be doing right now.” Lucas thought. “Most likely, sleeping”

Ellie wasn’t sleeping, she was wide awake. And she wasn’t alone. “You’re here for what reason again?” asked Ellie.

“I wanted to talk about something.” Said Emma. She was lying on Ellie’s bed, while Ellie was trying to finish an essay.

“At 1 am? ” asked Ellie. “There’s something wrong with you.” Emma looked at her.

“Am I wrong? You decide to sneak into my house at 1 am in the morning when you can be here at 4pm like any other normal person to talk about this thing.” Stated Ellie. She finally finished her essay and grabbed her pencil case to color in some pictures.

“I know but I was thinking about this until later this night.” explained Emma. She got back to her feet and walked around Ellie’s bedroom.

“Still haven’t given up art? Your ceiling looks nice” complemented Emma. Ellie’s bedroom ceiling was filled with the entire solar system. It was painted by Ellie, herself.

“Thanks but what was this thing you wanted to talk about?” asked Ellie again.

“oh, erm. Don’t you think it’s wierd that Daniel and Giselle look alike?” Emma said as she tried to look Ellie in the eye.

“I guess so, never really thought about that.” Ellie replied. “I mean, they both have that hair sticking out. And their eyes look similar and…”

“what about Giselle’s last name?” Asked Ellie as she looks up from her paper. ” Isn’t it Giselle Morris?”

‘i didn’t think about that. But what if their cousins?”

“Couldn’t be, at such a young age they didn’t even knowledge each other. I bet I would play with my cousin or at least tell one other person they were my cousin” explained Ellie. For another 15 minutes, they argued over whether Daniel and Giselle were cousins or siblings. Ellie finally gave up on convincing Emma they weren’t siblings or cousin and fell asleep. Emma turned off her lights and climbed out the window into the dark and windy night.

Ok, it’s a been a very long time. I haven’t been writing a lot but I decided to renew this series. I liked the way it was going. New characters will be added and my art has improved so characters will look so much better. I also started animating. I have also have a YouTube channel where I’ll post more often than here. Lots of things has changed. Don’t worry. All the characters here will stay. Well some probably wont. I can’t wait. Thanks for reading!

The weird ones (CANCELLED)

Well it’s been a VERY long time. More than a month I believe. Or maybe two. ;w;

I’m working hard at school. Drama. Grades. Life. Yeah, yeah like every other person at my school. It’s been stressful. Exams were done last week. But why the long wait? If I had a week, why didn’t I work? Well, I simply forgotten about this. Now exams isn’t the biggest excuse. I been gone for two months. And again, I did forget about this but mostly I didn’t have the energy to do this. School is energy wasting. That is a fact. Here’s how the schedule goes

Wake up at 6:00am

Get ready for school 6:00pm-7:30pm (7:40 is the latest I walk to school)

School (8:00-2:45)

After-school program (Wednesday and Monday) 3:00pm-4:00pm

Now that schedule is okaythere’s definitely more people who have a busier schedule than me. But here’s something. I’m sorta going to get more busy.

Things I’m going to do next year.

-Get into a sport (most likely soccer)

This might take up 30 minutes to an hour of my time.

-Getting more involved

Now this is surprising myself. I didn’t really like to get involved with school activities. But the actives I wanna do are more to help the school and well there’s also this math bowl. (Technically, it’s all yours of subject) I’d really like to join it. But I’ll have to try out first. So that’ll take more of my time.

(Thursday 7:00am-8:00am and Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm)

School helping (7:00am-8:00pm, i believe)

More time! I’m becoming busier and busier. And I’m already thinking about the future! What highschool I wanna go to. (Number 1 highschool in the state). This is going to take so much hard work! I’m not even on the topic of what I do at home! I have chores. I get home back at like 6:00pm, 5:00pm, or 4:00pm. (Thanks Mom ;-;).

So, I’m really going to get to the topic. Cancelling the Wierd ones. Recently, I thought that I wouldn’t even have time for two series if I could even finish one chapter for one series. With more stuff in the way, I believe I won’t have time for two series. So I’m going to go back to one series. Until I get more time then the Wierd ones will resume. I kinda clickedbaited the title that it was cancelled, when really it postpone.

The Wierd Ones

A school afternoon and it seemed dreadful. Everyone looked like they were having a terrible day. Teacher gave way to much homework, people were loud and noisy and too help, it was raining and cloudy. ” You know I feel like the world is just sending bad vibes for me” said Liam. He glanced around the room and looked at the teacher. Ms. Hulent was looking at her computer with a dull stare. “Alright class, no homework tonight. I heard the other teachers gave you 3 sheets due tomorrow and I don’t feel like grading your paperwork tonight.” She muttered. The class cheered. “I was sick of this homework, it’s like their having a bad day and their taking it out on us!” said Liam. Ten minutes later, they all made a mess of the classroom. Books were on the floor and chairs were flip over. “Class dismissed!” Shouted Ms. Hunlent. Unsure how it all happened, Ms Hulent step back and rolled eyes. She looked at the mess her students made. She cursed under breath and sighed. “Well I mean, there was no stopping us.” Said Ace. “You should have seen her face once she realized the mess we made!” Everyone ran out of the class room before Ms. Hunlent could give them all detention. “I’mma going to find Julia.” said Ace in an annoyed tone. Liam tilted her head. “She’s supposed to give me lunch money. After I won a fight.” Ace gave a bored look as if he didn’t seem fond of the topic and took out some gum. He chews it and after a while, tries to find a trash can to throw it away. “You could always swallow it” said Liam. Ace doesn’t answer. He sees one and run to it. Liam who tries to catch up bumps into Kyle. Kyle falls to the floor and all his books fall too. Liam offers him a hand. “Sorry, I forgot my other Math homework and I didn’t see you in the way with all the students” said Kyle. “It’s fine, where are you going later?” asked Liam. “Char wanted to hang out with Julia and I… Well I invited myself to go with them” said Kyle. “I had no plans anyways”

“Anyways have you seen Stella?” said Liam. “I haven’t seen her today yet.”

“Wow, I thought all girlfriends and boyfriends hang out all the time” said Kyle. Liam blushes. “Well not us, she always busy with her designs and I-” Liam was cut off when he saw Stella walking down the hallway. She was helping a student collect their stuff after they dropped it. That’s was one thing Liam like about her, her kindness. She wore her hair up in two buns with a Heart clip on her hair. She was wearing a black top with her hoodie around her waist and blue jeans. “Hey guys! What’s up?” she said. “Nothing much” said Liam. All of sudden the bell rings for 4th period. Students scrambled around trying to get to their class. “oh well see you guys!” Said Kyle as he ran off. “See you!” said Stella. “You’ll need to hurry up Liam!” She runs to her Class. Liam then goes off to his own class.

“Bex your homework was supposed to be due on Tuesday.” said the History teacher, Mr. Kali. “Yeah I know.” She responded as she digged through her backpack. “It’s Tuesday. A week after the day you were supposed to turn it in!” said Mr Kali. “Must’ve fell out of my bag when I was doing the.. er. Letting the animals go, last Monday.” explained Bex. A girl eyes widened. All the students remember that day she let loose the animals.

Some she found outside and some from the science lab. They all thought she was crazy. “Sir, I’m sure you can give me another copy.”

“I shouldn’t even give you a copy! At the first day of school, you were told to take an extra paper from the bin if you ever lost or was absent!”

“I forgot ok? Beside the first time I tried to get hold of the paper, you gave me detention for getting up of my seat and disrupting the class!” She shot back.

“Your about to get another detention if you keep talking to me like that, young lady!” He said. ” Go to the office, I will not have this conversation with you. I hope the principal will be happy to see you again.”

She shot him a dirty look and grabbed her backpack. “I hope you’ll get fired one day.” She muttered under her breath. “Sir, wait!” a voice shouted. Bex stopped dead in her tracks and turned around. There stood Grayson, out of his seat. “Grayson this isn’t your fault and stop standing up for her.” Said Mr. Kali. “I had enough of your ‘it was my fault she didn’t turn in that or this’ complaints”

“Sir, if you’ll let me explain. I was with her when she lost her paper and…” Grayson voice to fade away. ” And what, Grayson?” said Mr Kali. “You can’t always defend her.” Grayson looked worried at this words. He always defended her and he will not fail yet. “I have her paper, in my bag! And it’s all done too!” Shouted Grayson. Bex who has been quiet, tilts her head. “You do?” She said. “Yes, but I also had lunch detention because Mr. Kali gave it for talking to you. So I never gave it to you.” He explained. Mr Kali sighed. Then he clapped. “Amazing, you defended her again.” He said. “Sir-”

“I don’t want to hear it. Go to the office.”

They both pick up their bags again and walk towards the door. That conversation took almost 15 minutes of their class. Mr Kali then went to his desk and sat down . “I hate teaching” he muttered.

Outside school, Julia stands near the fire exit where she went through to ditch class. She’s listening to music. She seem to not care that she’ll have detention or anything. “Ace I already see you, Idoit” she said. Ace who has been hiding behind some bushes comes out. He rolls his eyes. “I’m no idoit as I attended more classes then you. Which then mean I have more knowledge then you.” He responded coolly. ” You still paying for my lunch?”

“Nah, I don’t care if you won that fight. I don’t need to give you a reward. You already have it. It’s called winner” Julia said. “We agreed, you can’t just break the deal.” He said. “A deal is like a promise and since when did I keep a promise?” She said. She pops a mint in her mouth. Ace rolls up his sleeves. “Fight me” he said. “Since when was lunch money so important? I’m not wasting time for that.” Julia. He kick her on the back. She fell on her knees. “You little!” She shouted. She throws a punch at him but he dodges. “It was a surprise attack.” He said. “What the heck? What’s gotten into…you!” She says and she tries to punch him again only for him to grab her arm and twist it. She falls to the ground. He walks towards her. “I just need the money desperatly.” He said. The tone of voice changed. He seem tired. Well he always seemed tired but never like this. He was desperate for the money. “Fine!” Julia whispered shouted. She got up to her knees and pulled 20 dollars out of her pocket. “Here” she said angrily. “Thank you.” Said Ace. “Now leave me be.” Julia commanded. As Ace walked away, Julia grabbed his arm. Then swinged him and he fell down. “What? You didn’t see that?” She laughed. “Surprise attack” they both said.

At last Lunch arrived and everyone was hungry. Kyle who was craving sweets brought some cookies. He sat next to Charlotte and Julia. He was very afraid of Julia. She reminded him of a criminal. “Er.. what’s wrong with your eye?” Asked Kyle who seem like the only one that notices Julia’s black eye. “Nothing” she responded. Charlotte who was not conformable with the subject tried to change it. “So how’s everyone’s day?” She said as she steals one of Kyle’s cookies. “It’s been good” Julia said first. “Same” said Kyle. It seemed like the same lunch like yesterday, Bex with her loud crowd of boys (who admired her for her bravery and stunts), Liam talking with Stella and Ace and all the students talking. The lunchroom was like a Zoo as the principal once said. “Loud and in groups” were his exact words. They’re were just like any other high school. “Ahem! Quiet! QUIET!” shouted the gym teacher, Mr. Peason. He was a short, chubby man. It didn’t look like he exercise or sleep much. “We, the teachers thought maybe, you guys can go out.” The students whisper. Going out? Like recess? “Yes and only out the field and track.” He said. “If you can behave, you may go out today once you’re done eating.” The students cheered. It would be like free time. The students scramble to eat their food. “That is all, you may return to eating your lunch” he said although every student was already a step a head. “I always wanted recess.” Said Ace. “Being home schooled was no fun.” He walks to a trash can to throw out his lunch (gum, an apple and orange juice). Stella gets up and tell Liam she was going with some friends who were waiting for her. “Sure, See you.” He said. She smile and he did the same. As she walks away, Liam puts his head down. Ace, who has been through Liam’s rants pats him. “I just don’t understand girls. Do you love me? Then stay with me. Care for me? Cuddle me.” He mumbled. Ace who squints his eyes gives a confused look. “Cuddles? Love?” He thought. Ace himself has never been a relationship. “What kind of guy understand girls? They’re pretty confusing.” Ace chuckled. Liam laughed. “You’re right. I know she loves me anyways.” He said. Ace rolls his eyes. His best friend falling in love was like watching a romance film and watching it all unfold. “Wanna head out?” Ace asked. “Hm not right now. I’ll meet you outside.” Said Liam, still staring at Stella. One of her friends notices and points at him. He quickly turns away. He could hear Stella laugh. He was probably as red as an apple. Ace walked out the lunchroom. He saw boys playing football, girls gossiping, nerds reading books and Bex with boys around her. He spots Charlotte and Julia talking with Kyle right behind them. Actually it looked like He was trying to keep up with them then actually talking with them. He had no idea what to do until he realizes something. “I-is she flirting with… Charlotte?” He thought. And sure enough, Julia kept smiling, blushing and talking to Charlotte. You could tell she was because every word that came out of her mouth seem to make Charlotte blush or look away smiling. He had no idea what feeling came over him. Next thing he knew he was running up to Charlotte. “What do you want?” asked Julia before Charlotte could asked. “I-i” he stuttered. Then all sudden, something unexpected happened. He smacked Charlotte in the face. She look like she was about to cry. Her mouth was trembling. Ace’s eyes widened. What did he just do? Julia would never forgive him. Smack! Ace fell towards the ground and Julia stands their with blood on her hand. She broke his nose. He stood up immediately. The people around him stare. “Fight.” Said one student. “Fight fight!” More students began to shout too. “Fight! Fight!” They were surround by people shouting fight at them. “Gotta give what they want Ace.” said Julia. She kicks him at he’s feet and falls again. He gets up, still feeling weak. He throws a punch at her but misses. She punches him and more blood covers her hand. He touches his nose. He could feel the blood running down his face. What could he do at this point? What more could he take? “Ace! Ace!” Said a fainted voice. It was Liam. He could tell. One last thing came to his mind. He knew what to do. At least to get back at her. He hid his face under his sweater. Everyone stares at him. One by one they laugh. “Weak!” He heard. “Loser” Julia tilts her head. She was not convinced he had given up. Ace notices and forces tears. Now she was concerned. Ace crying? The toughest guy at school? No way. The laughs gets louder. Liam voice fades. Julia rolls her eyes and crosses her arms. “What a baby, I-” she was cut off because the next thing she knew, Ace smack her and kicked her and pushed her down. She should have suspected it, he was faking it. She felt weak. How? He only kicked me…. “I’m a good actor, as I was told” Ace snapped. “Don’t mess with me Julia.” Everyone looks at him and once he look back at them, they all run. All that was left was Julia on the floor with blood on one hand and Ace staring down at her. He couldn’t take it anymore. Thud. He fell to ground and closed his eyes.

So, if you read the end of Dayne High stories: chapter 4, you’ll know I have a new series coming up! Here’s questions I’ve asked myself before committing to this.

Who am I targeting?

Well, honestly I believe my stories can be shared with any person. But probably 9 and older please. 😅

Why a new series?

Well, sticking to only one series is boring in my opinion. My limit would be 2 series going on at the same time. Plus let’s face it, my stories don’t get much attention. I’ve only gotten one view (Thanks! ❤️) And well I was hoping for this series to help me!

Chapter 4 Stories of Dayne high

Hi it’s me! Back with another chapter. Read chapter 3 to understand the chapter more! This is also 11 years old and up! Enjoy the chapter!

“Who are you?” said Giselle feeling light-headed.

“what’s going on? You could’ve died and you have “know it all” dizzy and woozy said the police officer. Annie rushes to Giselle and holds her to prevent her from falling. “I don’t know Officer Adam” said Annie. “Did you take down the suspect?” She added. “Not even” said Adam. “His plan backfired when we came and we were distracted by this smoke coming out of your house! We thought you died!” said Adam. Another police officer comes in. He’s about Giselle and Daniel’s age. “Is she alright? Is she hurt or fainted?” Worried the police officer. “She’s fine Aiden, just dizzy” Annie said. Daniel comes down. “She okay?” said Daniel. Aiden not knowing that Daniel is her brother, runs to him. “Oh she’s fine! Thanks to your smoke bomb or whatever!” Aiden said aangerily. “Leave him alone Aiden” said Annie. She rolls her eyes. They all knew how Aiden liked Giselle and thought that Daniel like her too since they’re so close, but they were actually sister and brother. Nobody could tell him because Aiden could betrayed them and he wasn’t good in keeping secrets. They rather be annoyed by this then telling Aiden and risk their lives. “Chill dude, let’s just go see what happened with her” Daniel said. ” By the way, how did you know it was a smoke bomb?” “Hmmm I don’t know! Maybe cause you already did one on me, ink was all over my body and Giselle has ink over her too!” Aiden answered. Daniel sighed. “Let’s just go” said Daniel highly annoyed.

At Ellie’s home, she’s baking a pie. She’s humming to a song. “If only you knew how you make me feel.” She singed. Her mom interrupted her. “Hmmmm singing? You see so happy” she said. “Okay, so you can actually see” Ellie shot back. She could feel tense going around the room. She hated these conversations with her mom. “You don’t talk to me like that! Beside that Lucas is just going to use you and your money. He is not going to be winning you over. Anyways we’ll be going to Noah’s house later today.” Her mom added. “I’m never going to love him and it’s not how love works.” Ellie said. “I’m not asking you to “love” him, I’m asking you to be with him so you help our company for you and our family.” Said Ellie’s mom sterned. “Uh my stomach hurts! I’m going to the bathroom.” Ellie said. She walked past her mom and into the bathroom. Her stomach wasn’t really hurting, she was just trying to get away. “Hmmm maybe if it sounds like I’m sick, I’ll be able to ditch the meeting!” She thought. She opened a cabinet and inside was a bucket. She always thought she’ll need it just in case. She pour water in the bucket and then practiced making sick noises. She pour the water into the toilet and pretend to gag. “I hear gaging! Are you are okay sweetie?” said Ellie’s mom. “Uh no! I’m puking! It’s terrible!” said Ellie. “Oh let me come sweetie!” Her mother added. “No! No! It’s fine! I’m just puking! Um- ” trembled Ellie. She pretended to gag some more. Finally she was done and the bucket had no more water inside. She waited and waited. The clock on the bathroom wall ticked and ticked. It seemed like her mom was gone and it was safe to go outside. She headed outside and looked around. She peeked inside her parent’s room. She saw her mother on the phone calling someone, most likely the Thompsons. “We can’t make it today, Ellie’s feeling a little under the weather.” Her mother said. ” Thank you, we’ll see you next weekend” she added. She hunged up. She turned to the door and Ellie ran away just in time. “Yes!” She shouted. She jumped up and down. She rarely convinces her mom not to go to the Thompsons. Not that they weren’t great people, they’re always so kind and generous but the Thompsons have a son. Noah Thompson is their one and only child. Their parents decided to have them work together to run both the company to make better profit. They knew two teenagers would have never agree with this, so they decided to have meetings to get to know each other better. They were many teasing where her dad and his mom like the pairing and in her words “Shipped” them together. She was more relief she didn’t have to go that day. “Relief! I’m free! I’m feeling so good, I think I might take a walk this afternoon. Giselle and Emma did say they were going hang out at the park today.” Ellie said. She settle back down and went to the kitchen to continue baking her pie.

Later that afternoon, it was beautiful. Not so cold or hot. It was just perfect. She grabbed her jacket and went out the door. She told her dad she’ll be going out since her mom would not allow it since her mom believed she sick. Her dad on the other hand, didn’t know because he’s never really home to know what happens and he doesn’t even know when the meetings were held, so he didn’t know their was a meeting today. She walked to the park and saw Emma all alone. “Hey Emma, where’s Giselle?” asked Ellie. “She didn’t come, it’s so wierd. I came to her house early today and her house started to catch on fire I believe and came out smoke and soon enough I was out of there.” Emma replied. “Strange, where do you think she is right now? Her house is probably fine now.” Ellie said. “I don’t know, maybe we could check on her. Let’s go” Emma said. They walked to Giselle’s house, which was very far away. It took about 30 minutes to get there by foot. “Finally” Ellie said tired. “She better treat us with water after that long walk” Emma knocked on the door. No response. She rang the doorbell. No response again. “Great, we walked all the way here and she’s not home.” Said Ellie angry. “I’ll call her” Emma said. “This is Giselle! Leave a voicemail!” Emma gave a confused look. “She always response! No matter what!” Emma said surprised. “Maybe her phone manfunction or maybe she lost it.” Asked Ellie. “Maybe your right. How bout I call her sister.” Emma said hopeful. “Hello?” Said the voice. “Annie! No not not really. We were just passing by. Oh your not? Do you think-” Emma was cut off. “Hey? Miss me that much?” said the familar voice. “Giselle?!” Shouted both Annie, Emma, and Ellie. “Yeah it’s me. Can I talk to Annie real quick? I’ve lost my phone.” asked Giselle. “Yeah sure!” Replied Emma. “What the heck! Aren’t you in the hospital? We were barley leaving the parking lot!” Annie said shocked. “Yes I know, I’ll explain it later. Right now I wanna hang out with two of my best friends” said Giselle. They all smiled. “Fine” mumbled Annie. Giselle could hear Annie telling Daniel she was fine and was already home and Daniel shocked. “Let’s go shall we? How bout ice cream? It’s on me!” Giselle said. Ellie laughed “Sure!”. They walked to an ice cream shop nearby and order ice cream and more sweets. They all walk out the shop. “That was fun” said Ellie. “Can we go to the park to see the sunset?” Emma looked on her watch. “I have enough time till 9:30.” Emma replied. They look at Giselle. She gives a quirky smile. “I have all the time in the world” she laughed. “Great! Let’s go!” Ellie cheered. Instead of walking, Giselle had the idea to go there by a Taxi. They got they much quicker. They joked around and played on the playground. They watch the sunset. “Today was fun!” Ellie giggled. “We should do it more often. They all smiled. “yea, we should.” Said Emma. Night fell and each one had to go home. Ellie was home by 9:09 and her parents didn’t even hear her come in. She happily went to her room and got dressed for bed. She went to sleep feeling great.

it was finally morning. Harper wakes up by her mom yelling at the dog. “No Charlie! Bad boy!” She shouted. Harper got up and headed downstairs. She quickly sees a prank she laid down last night. “Mom! That’s not Charlie, it’s my prank remember?” asked Harper. “Oh really! I didn’t even notice. Well good boy you didn’t do your business in the house! Harper laughed. She pet the dog and went to the kitchen to pour herself cereal. She looked on her phone while she ate. “Mom?” She asked “Could we go to the store later on? I need to get materials.” She waited for her mom’s response. “for school? Or another prank for the rest of the school?” She questioned. ” Erm, we’ll both. I have a project on social studies. And well, heh. I just felt like doing something to keep me busy.” She laughed. “Harper, we talked about this. I don’t really want to go to principal’s office again for your misbehaving.” Harper’s mom said. ” It’s just going to be a small prank. Just one class. Social studies.” Harper added. “Besides Mr. Rector likes my pranks, he enjoys them! He wouldn’t snitch on me.” Her mom rolled her eyes. “Well then, fine” said her mom. “Fantastic!” exclaimed Harper. Harper finishes her breakfast and heads up to change into her school uniform. She grabs everything she needs for that day. She meets with Brooke outside and talked. While they are doing so, they see two people. They look similar but their face is all covered up. They have gray round glasses and a black mask. One boy and one girl. Scared, Brooke tries to convince Harper they should leave them alone. “Heck no! What if they up to something bad?” Asked Harper. “If they are, they’ll do something bad to you! I don’t wanna lose you!” Gulped Brooke. “It’s fine Brooke. But I’ll confront them and if they do something bad, call 911! Okay?” Said Harper. “Y-yeah okay t-then.” trembled Brooke. Harper walks to them. The two seem to acknowledge her and try to walk faster. She catches up with them. They both stop in their tracks. They turn around and look at her. Harper feared for the worst.

“Look, I don’t want trouble but who are you?” asked Harper.

“Okay, so in what situation is okay to talk to a stranger?” asked the boy sterned.

“When you ask for help.” She replied. “Duh”. They roll their eyes. “We don’t have time for this.” said the girl. “But what are you trying to do? You’re like in disguise!” Asked Harper. “Look we’re really really sorry for this Harper, but you won’t let us go” said the boy. “How the heck do you know my name? She gasped. “Stalkers! Or maybe-” She didn’t get to finish her sentence. The Boy covered her mouth and she became unconscious. Brooke screamed. Both of them look up, unaware they were being watched. Brooke runs to them. The boy and girl run to a different direction and call someone. Brooke scared, calls 911. “HELP! THESE PEOPLE JUST COVERED MY FRIENDS MOUTH AND NOW THEY’RE UNCONSCIOUS!” She shouted. “Medical attention is coming! Harper Sean right?” the police officer said. “Y-yeah…. how did you know ..?” She requested. “Is she okay? Still breathing right?” Said the police officer. “yeah! Yeah” Brooke said. She could hear the police muttering something under his breath. Something along the line ” They had to knock her unconscious”. Soon enough, in 5 minutes a police car came. Officer Aiden gets out and checks for any indication of near death. Soon enough other police cars come in. A strange black car parks in front of both unconscious Harper and Brooke. The boy jumps out, the same one who knocked her unconscious. Brooke screamed. “IT WAS HIM!!! HE DID IT! ALONG WITH HER!” she shouted. Police officer took her away and make her look the other way. She was so confused. “Wait a minute what’s happening?!” She asked. She wanted to know. The boy took off his mask. It was Daniel. He looked at Harper and gave her CPR. It wasn’t working. He did it again. “Did I really knock her out that hard? She should be awake by now?” Daniel thoughted. . Daniel quickly puts on his mask. Everyone surround them. They clap. Harper was still unaware on what happened. “Huh? You…. saved me. Why? You knocked me unconscious…” She asked. They allowed Brooke to face forward now . She was so relieved, she ran to Harper and hugged her. “Thanks..” Harper said. Daniel looked at her, knowing she might never know it was him who saved her. He winks at her and gets back in the van. The girl with him giggles. “Shut up” said Daniel in a lower voice. There was two girls and both giggle about this. Harper blushed but quickly turn back since she had no idea who just saved her life. It could be a 30 year old man or a 23 year old, who appears to look younger. The police officers chuckled. “Don’t worry, he’s around your age.” Said Officer Aiden who sees if Harper and Brooke were okay. “Aiden!” Yelled all the police officers including Daniel. “Er, I mean….. You heard nothing!!” said Aiden. Harper giggled. “Sure” she said.

“Are you sure you don’t want to go home?” Asked Brooke. “No way! I would be missing out in everything, besides I have a prank for today! Harper beamed. Suddenly many people crowded her. She became confused but it made sense soon. “Is it true? You were knocked unconscious and then you were saved by the same man?” “I heard she kicked the man!” “They said the people wanted hurt her but then a change of heart?” Harper blinks in surprised. She didn’t think she’ll get this much attention. “Actually, I just confronted them cause they look suspicious and they told me I was wasting their time.” Explained Harper. “Students! Students! The hallway is not a place for drama!” Shouted Giselle. She was the hall monitor (along with Ben) and School president (Also with Ben ). They all went away and only few stay just to talk to their friends. “What’s up? Why is everyone surrounding you?” asked Giselle. “This morning was something unexpected and I don’t feel like saying the story again. I’ll explain later” replied Harper. “Right now I wanna go to class” Giselle looked at her watch. “Well you’ve got 12 minutes til the bell rings.” said Giselle. “Just avoid making a crowd.” Giselle walked away. Harper and Brooke kept talking about what happened earlier. “Who do you think he is?” Asked Harper. “I don’t know but he seems familiar, he also doesn’t talk much” said Brooke. “This dude need some appreciation, he saved my life after all!”said Harper. “Well I mean yeah, but *Saving your life?” . You just fainted. He was the one who made you faint.” Said Brooke. Harper ignored her. “I’ll find him! And well say thank you properly.” said she said. Brooke rolled her eyes. She didn’t think she was that serious about finding a man who just helped her. Honestly she was most jealous. “I’ve always helped you and I get nothing” she muttered. “What was that?”asked Harper. “Nothing” responded Brooke.

Benw down the hallway and saw Emma with Giselle. “Hey you guys.” said Ben. “What’s up?” Asked Emma. Ben couldn’t find anything to say. “Uh nothing much..” he replied. Emma took out her sketch book. “I’mma leave it to you guys, I have to go. Duty calls” said Giselle. She walked away with a smile on her face. “Er well, cool note book” Ben said. “Thanks! I have just sketches in this. Nothing really impressive” she responded. “Do you mind if?” asked Ben. “Not at all!” She replied. She gave him the notebook. Ben scanned through the page. He was amazed. “What do you mean nothing impressive? You draw better then anyone I’ve seen.” asked Ben. Emma laughed. “Thanks.” Emma said “There was so much inspiration, including the Dayne museum of art. I’d wish to go their again. Last time I went I was 15.” “Well, I’ll be happy to take you! I mean, I go there often. Would you like to go?” Asked Ben. “Sure! That’ll be amazing!” Emma squealed. She hugged him. “Thank you, thank you!” Ben was surprised. He didn’t expected this reaction. He hugged back. “I’ll see you later today?” She asked. “Y-yeah” said Ben. “Great!” she said. The first bell rings. “Oh gotta go! Cya!” said Emma. She runs to class and Ben just stares at her. He blinked in shocked. He was red as an apple. “Ben-”

“I ASKED HER OUT” He shouted. He shouted it so loud, there was an echo. “D-dude….what now? asked Lucas.

Poor Lucas was right next to Ben when he shouted. “My ears! Dude!” said Lucas. “Uh sorry.” apologized Ben.

“So you’ve got a date? Cool, I wish Ellie and I could go on a date. Heh” said Lucas.

“We both know that won’t happen in years” teased Ben. “Oh shut up” said Lucas. “Anyways get to class! You’re going to be late!’ commanded Ben. “Oh that’s right!” Lucas said. He runs back to his class. Ben looks around for people who are going to be late. It seems like his lucky day, not a person in sight. He whistled and walked down the hall. He knew today would be special.

During class, the teacher looks stressed out and her class are playing around.

“Class! Class!” she shouted.

The class keeps doing what they want do unaware that the teacher is telling them to quiet down.

“Class CLASS! Silence!’ she yelled again.

The class quiet down and let her speak. “The projector isn’t working, so you may work on something else for now.” She explained. The teacher left the room to find help from someone else. “Your welcome class” Daniel said. Everyone clapped and cheered. “We knew it!” said a couple of boys said. They cheered. Some students played music. Some just read a book or talked. Daniel on the other hand used the time to sleep. “Yesterday was tiring, so was today.” He said in his mind.

“Excuse me?”

Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked up. Brooke was standing at the doorway. “Where’s Mrs. Tesal?” She asked. “she went to some other teacher to help her with the projector.” Some student said. “Yeah because of Daniel here right?” She rolled her eyes. “Hey, it’s not my fault Harper won’t use her smart jokes to get her class free time.” Daniel said back. “She’s smart, your head just thinks it’s better if you get free time instead of education!” She shot back. “Ooooo” said the whole entire class. ” Whatever. If she’s so smart, how come she walked up to a stranger and next thing you know she fainted?” Asked Daniel. “She sacrficed herself in case that person was going to shoot a school or something!” She explained. “That man must have a change of heart cause then he saved her. He shouldn’t have knocked her out and told her he’s like a undercover cop. He’s an idiot.” Daniel got angry at her but also at himself too. He couldn’t really show his anger. Instead he walked to her and whispered something in her ear. “Whatever, don’t embarrass me in front of my class” whispered Daniel. “Hmp! What are you going to do? Hurt me?” She said. “No, but I’ll reveal your secret. You sounded jealous of that dude. I bet you like her, don’t you?” He said back. “huh? N-no way! She’s my best friend!” Brooke whispered shouted. “Don’t lie to me, I know you do” he said. He stepped away and said nothing. Brooke’s eyes widened. She was confused, how did he know? How did he figure out? “I’ll be going.” She muttered. Students talk again. “What did you say to her?” Some students asked Daniel. “I told her to back off or the next prank would be for her.” He lied. Mrs. Tesal came back. “Okay! We got help so we’ll been learning the phrases of the moon in no time!” She sounded excited. The whole class groaned.

School was over. Daniel walked down the streets and saw Harper walking down all alone. Confused, he walk by her. “I thought you and Brooke always walk home together.” Daniel said. “Yeah but she said she couldn’t today. It feels so lonely” she said. “Well maybe I could walk with you” said Daniel hopeful. “uh sure!” She responded. They talked and laughed the whole way. Finally they arrived at her house. “Thanks for walking with me, and if you want you could walk with me and Brooke tommorow too. That’s only if you want too.” Said Harper. “Sure!” Daniel said. She waved goodbye and smiled. He did the same. He walked down the pathway to his home again. He whistled, feeling good. He took a shortcut. “Hmm I think I’ll even make Annie the cookies she wanted” he thought. He kept walking. “Ugh we live so far, I knew I should have asked Annie for a ride.” It was getting dark and cold. He still haven’t arrived home. He walks down an alley. The alley felt like a maze, having so many turns. Hungry and cold Daniel gets his phone. “No wifi?” said Daniel. “I hate this.” He goes into another alley. This is one seems so trashed. Garbage was everywhere and it was so wide.

“I took a wrong turn” thought Daniel. “I-“

He heard a footstep. It was getting closer. A man with a mask over his mouth appeared. “Who the hell are you?” asked Daniel tensely. He knew this guy wasn’t here to chat. “Calm down, I’m only here to play” the man chuckled. “I knew your mother. She was a young woman. So smart and just like your sister, Giselle.”

“How do you know she’s my sister? I thought we did a good hiding it.” Daniel said shocked.

“Daniel, Daniel. You guys both have something that other people don’t have. Your little hair sticking out like that.” The man responded. “Actually I never really liked it, and plus I hide it under my hair during school” Daniel said. “So why come for me?”

“you were useless from the beginning. Until I realized, why did they hide you? Why not somewhere far away? It was stupid for them not to do that. You could have a new life in Japan or something you know” The man said. Daniel stayed silent. “That way I would have never knew you existed. It was until I realized why they didn’t. They loved you too much. They wanted you to stay and they promised they keep would you safe. Now they can’t.” He said.

“How come? They always do” questioned Daniel.

“I did serval traps around the neighborhood. They’ll be busy. I bet they didn’t even noticed you were gone. Anyways enough talking. Once I take you alive, I’ll threatened to kill you if they don’t give me what they want.” The man explained. “What the hell would you want?” Asked Daniel. He didn’t want his family to give this criminal things to hurt other people just because of him. “Something you don’t even know about” said the man. “You can’t defend yourself right? They really are stupid.”

“Shut up!” Said Daniel angrily.

“Well nighty night.” Said the man. He throws a punch and hits Daniel. It makes him fall down. He tries to get back up. The man keeps punching him. Daniel slowly closes his eyes, waiting for the final punch. And it came. It hurt real bad, he was probably bleeding thinking Daniel. Daniel struggles to keep his eyes open. He hears footsteps. They get louder and faster. As he closes his eyes, he sees a girl punch the man. The man tries to do the same but she dodges it. The man flees. That was the last thing he saw.

Hello! It’s me, Giselle! I know I took so long on this chapter and I could have done more but with all the things going on. I couldn’t find time for this. I hope all the drama made up for it tho! Chapter 3 Stories of Dayne High

Welcome back! Read the second chapter if you wanna understand what’s going on! Enjoy the story!

“Someone’s following us”

“How do you-” Daniel said till Giselle covered his mouth. “Let’s keep going, just walk faster and take turns.” she said “then we’ll lose them.” She stopped covering his mouth. Daniel rolled his eyes. Once Emma catches up, they are farther ahead. She tries to run up to them but it’s useless, they took many turns and now they’re gone. Still confused, Emma turns around and walks home.

“We’re Home”

“Who was that?” asked Daniel. “Let’s see, it was a her. She pretty fast and has bright orange hair. Who do you think it was?” Giselle responded. “Emma” answered Daniel. They hear steps. Giselle opens the door. A girl, about their ages comes in with a knife. “Oh hi!” She said. “Annie! What the heck do you think you’re doing?” asked Daniel. “All lot of crimes have been have been happening, and you guys took so long to come so I have to defend myself with this knife” Annie responded. ” We talked about this. And I thought I hid the knifes ..” Daniel said. “Anyways let’s go to work.” said Giselle. “Working for the DHTPD is tough” Daniel rolled his eyes. “What does that mean again?” Annie asked. “Dayne high tech police department” Giselle said. “What’s wrong today? You guys took forever” said Annie. “You said they’re lots of crimes, we’ll talk about us being “late” later but-” Giselle was cut off when she sees Daniel walking away. “I’m not doing it” he said. “Daniel, you need come. To help. To help protect Our town. And Us” she questioned. “I don’t care what you have to say!” He looked angry. “The police can deal with it, they could do it!” He added. “Daniel, the police are nothing without us” said Giselle. “Daniel….” mumbled Annie. “We all been effect by their death.” They all look at each other. She was talking about their parents. “We’ll capture the guy who killed them. We just need-” Giselle once again cut off by Daniel. “Then you CAPTURE HIM, MISS KNOW IT ALL!” he yelled. Giselle is offended. “I’m only 18 Daniel! I’m not a a big detective!” She yelled back. “You know…..he has a point” said Annie. Daniel and Giselle look at her. “You know about everyone in this town. It’s sort of creepy actually…” she giggle. “Have you ever mentioned that I’m only 16 and I can’t kick both your butts? While all you can do is know how and when something comes up” She laughed. Giselle laughed too. Daniel chuckled. “Well I’m sorry, I just miss them. I can’t live without them. I can’t think of the thought that a person who killed my parents is still out there. And I don’t want to lose you too” muttered Daniel. “Hey it’s fine, like Annie said we been effected by their death too” said Giselle. “So are you coming?” Daniel smiled. “Fine! But I call dibs on driving the van!” Said Daniel. They laughed. They knew how much Daniel liked to help Giselle going around town to gather information or just to patrol.

*knock* *knock*

Everyone stares at Giselle. She shrugged. “Crimes remember?” Said Annie. And then gets into a fighting position. Daniel does too. Giselle is less defensive and takes the knife Annie had. Giselle slowly walks to the door with the knife behind her back. She opens the door slowly, just enough to see the person.

“Hi! Giselle” said Emma

“Emma!” said Giselle. “I didn’t know you were coming!” Giselle throws the knife on the ground. Daniel runs upstairs and Annie tries to act like she was washing dishes. “I wasn’t going to since you so busy like you said. But I decided just maybe help you do the things you had to do.” explained Emma. “Oh, I don’t need any help! I could do it!” Said Giselle. “Your mom and dad home? Or are you alone?” asked Emma. “Oh just us today.” said Giselle. “Anyways come in.” Emma goes inside and see Annie cleaning up. “Hey Annie” said Emma. “Heya” Annie said back. As this is all happening, Daniel is watching from the downstairs security cameras. “Emma definitely knows something on” Daniel said. “I need to cause a distraction to get her out.” Daniel looked around his pockets. “Little explosives? No” He looked around his room. “Come on!” Sudden a radio turns on and a police officer is speaking. “Brown! We got emergency! Someone’s going to target you! They got us distracted by other dangerous stunts and all police officers on the chase for them. We won’t be able to help you. We overhead them saying that they found where you live. They figured out the truth. Daniel you know why you’re the target! ” Yelled the police officer. “What the-” Daniel said. “We really need to get Emma out!” He runs to go downstairs. Then he realized why he couldn’t. If someone found out, they’ll be dead. They could figure out they are family and capture one to hold it against them. Daniel was chosen to pretend he was not part of their family since he can’t really protect himself. While Giselle and Annie can, it’ll be harder to get them. If Daniel wasn’t their brother, then he would be safe and no one will target him. ” Emma won’t tell anyone right?” He question himself.

“Hey Emma wait here. I need to do something real quick.” said Giselle. “Okay” said Emma. Giselle looked worried. She runs upstairs. “Dan! Get out her out!” Giselle said “Someone’s coming!” Daniel looked confused. “Ok… I knew that but how did you know?” He asked “THIS ISN’T A TIME FOR QUESTIONS NOW HURRY!”she yelled. “OK ok!” Daniel said. “Power bombs!” He said. “Color is black so then we’ll trick her that there’s smoke and fire!” “Genius, now go do what you do best!” Giselle said. Giselle goes back downstairs. “Hey I’mma cook something…” said Giselle. “Um okay” responded Emma. Daniel goes down another pair of stairs and goes to the garage. His opens the door a little bit and then throws the bomb.

While all this is happening Annie goes upstairs and tells the police they’ll be fine and that they’re working on it. Annie also call Emma’s mom.

“AHH!” Giselle screamed. “Get out! Get out!” Emma runs out the door. Giselle comes out with some ink on her clothes but Emma hasn’t notice. “What about Annie!?” she shouted. “Um right!!” Said Giselle. “How bout you go home and I get this taken care of!” Asked Giselle. “But I should help you!”Emma said. “No .. it’s fine! Now I really need to you get home!” Giselle said . “Why? Is something going on Giselle?” asked Emma. “one…two…three” said Giselle in her mind.

*BEEP* BEEP*

“Your mom’s here to pick you up! Now cya!” said Giselle. “how……uh cya?” Emma said confused. Emma walks to the car and goes inside. She waves and Giselle waves back. They drive away. Giselle goes inside. The “smoke” has gone away. “Phew”

She closes the door.

*knock* knock*

Daniel goes upstairs and gets in position. Annie comes in with a knife. Giselle forget what’s going on and opens the door. She felt dizzy. Very dizzy. She felt so confused too. “GISELLE NO!” Shouted Daniel in her ear piece. “Hi! How may I help you?” She said.

“your going down just like your mother.”

Chapter 2 Stories of Dayne high

It’s quiet in the halls. Half of the school was almost over. The bell rings and hundred of students rush to their lockers to grab money or their lunches. Emma slowly walks to her locker. She gets pushed left and right from all the rushing students. The bell rings. The students still in the hall try to hurry up. Emma gets to her locker and grabs her money to buy her lunch. The final bell rings. She is the only one there, just like in the morning. “Hey” said someone and grabbed her shoulder. She turned around. “Oh Ben.” She looked surprised. “I was just going to say, that I’m sorry for putting pressure on you this morning and I didn’t report you to the office. So you’re not having detention” Ben said. “Oh, well thanks and it’s fine” said Emma. “Hey if you want, would you like to have to have Lunch with me?” asked Ben. He looked at her. Emma looked to the side. “Actually I’m having lunch with Giselle.” She answered. “Oh that’s fine” he said. “I’ll be going then” said Emma. “Uh yeah me too.” said Ben. She walked down the hall and Ben was all alone. He sat down on the floor. He sat their just thinking to himself. He smiled. He thought about Emma. How she laughed and her smile. He blushed. He liked her from the first day he met her. But did Emma like him? He hoped to tell that he had feelings for her. How he felt better with her. Despite him being mean to her, he never really wanted to hurt her. He stood up. And went to the lunch room.

The lunchroom was crowded. Some people went home to eat. Harper stood up on her chair. She clapped. “Attention! Attention!” She yelled. Everyone become quite. “So as I heard, Daniel challenged me again” she said. Daniel laughs. “I accept your challenge Daniel. I’m no coward! But I know you very well Daniel, taking a great risk is very like you.” She said. She goes on. “So Daniel when and where? And how do i know your not lying?” Everyone looks at Daniel who is sitting with Lucas. ” Next Monday. After school. ” Daniel said. “So how am I supposed to prove it?” Everyone now looks at Harper. “Swear to everyone in this room.” She command. He stood up. And looked at everyone in the room. “I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.” Everyone was confused. “Oh shoot, sorry my sister’s a harry pottery fan and that quote is still in my head” He added. ” I swear that I will not sabotage anything during the tasks.” “Good, everyone can continue eating.” The room suddenlly turns loud and it seems like everyone wants to see them doing the challenge. Although someone seems to be shaking. “You okay Giselle?” Emma looked at her. “You haven’t eaten anything” she added. ” Oh yeah! I’m fine” Giselle muttered. She played with her food. Emma was worried for her friend. She never acted like this. In the distance she sees Daniel. He staring at Giselle trying to get her attention. Emma nudges Giselle. She looks up. Daniel winks at her. Giselle rolls her eyes. Emma eyes widened. She was confused. Does Giselle have a crush on Daniel or does he has a crush on her? She has so many questions. But her thinking was interrupted by the bell. “Come on, let’s go to class” Giselle said. Emma walked with Giselle to their lockers. The final bell rings. Classes have began once again.

It’s the end of the day. The final bell rings and students go to their lockers. Giselle hurries and grabs her backpack. She almost to end of the hallway til Emma stops her. “Where are you going? Aren’t we going to walk together?” questioned Emma. “No not today I’m busy, sorry.” Giselle responded. “Oh, alright. See ya” said Emma. As Giselle walks down the stairs, Emma noticed she’s the first one down. It looks like she meeting up with someone. Emma tries to look closer at the person but she couldn’t see their faces. They walk to the exit and Emma follows. Slowly she gets closer. Giselle’s walking with Daniel? She hears them whispering
